At Forever Fitness we offer three signature group classes, each designed to challenge you in a different way - so no two sessions ever feel the same!

FF Performance is your go-to for cardio fitness, combining full-body circuits that torch calories and build endurance, strength, and energy.

FF Strength turns up the intensity with barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell work that targets muscle building, power, and agility - expect to feel every rep.

And then there's Super Saturdays - the weekly session that the whole community shows up for. A high-energy combination of strength and cardio in timed intervals that is equal parts challenging and fun, it's the best way to kick off your weekend and leave feeling absolutely unstoppable.

What's included in the trial

For an entire week (7 days) you get access to as many classes you want to attend. This is a great way for you to experience all our different classes and to see how we could fit into your weekly lifestyle

How do I book the week trial pass?

Use the link below to purchase the $20 pass. This will take you through to our portal in Mindbody. If you don't already have a Mindbody account, you'll need to set one up through the prompts - this also creates a Forever Fitness account.

Once you've done this we suggest you download the Mindbody app and star Forever Fitness to your favourites OR click through to our Class Schedule Page on our website to book your classes.

What do I bring with me to my first class?

Well, you can leave your ego at the door and bring in with you a little spark of self belief!

You'll need a small/medium towel and a drink bottle. Be sure to wear activewear and training shoes - whatever is comfy for you!

Where are you located and where do I park?

Our studio is number 8, 17a Ern Harley Drive. Burleigh Heads. There is limited parking in the top carpark so we suggest you park on Ern Harley Drive then walk up the driveway

I feel nervous and scared I wont keep up

This is so common! Most of our new clients feel this but please don't let fear get in the way of your potential. It's always nerve racking starting something or somewhere new but our community is honestly a bunch of welcoming legends! Everyone goes at their own pace with no judgement! Our members are a mix of all different strength levels and all workouts can be tailored to whatever you feel comfortable doing. Don't be scared! Our Trainers are there to help and educate you.

I have an injury, what should I do?

If you have any old or new injuries please make our trainers aware of this or feel free to send us an email about it. It's important we know about this so we can offer you tailored workouts that don't further injure you. Our priority is always your safety and wellbeing
