FF PERFORMANCE

A 60 minute workout that focuses on cardiovascular fitness and burning calories! Expect a full-body circuit, improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance. Get ready to get that heart racing!

Tuesday & Thursday: 5am, 6am, 5:30pm

FF STRENGTH

A 60 minute workout designed to get your muscles on fire! Expect a combination of body weight and resistance exercises using weights and machinery. Here you will work on muscle strength and building, power and agility. These classes involve barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells.

Monday & Wednesday: 5am, 6am, 5:30pm

Friday: 5am & 6am

SUPER SATURDAYS

The best energetic vibe to kick off the weekend! A 60 minute full body combination of strength and cardio in timed intervals that is FUN! Prepare to leave sweaty!

Saturday: 6:30am
